Psalm 103: 1-11 NKJV 1 Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! It is not enough to praise You with my lips, O Lord; I must praise You with my innermost parts. I want to praise You with all that I am because You are Holy. 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: My soul is overwhelmed with praise because of all that You have done for me, O Lord. 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, You have forgiven me countless times for every one of my sins. You continually deliver me from sicknesses and diseases that are assigned to me. For this, I thank You. 4 Who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercies, You are saving me from condemnation, harmful habits and behaviors. Instead of looking down on me, You honor me with your love, kindness and mercy. For this, I thank You. 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. You always provide me with more than I need to feel rejuvenated each day. For this, I thank You. 6 The Lord executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. You are a righteous and just God. I am confident that You will defend all who are unjustly persecuted. For this, I thank You. 7 He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. Because, You have revealed Your ways to Moses and the children of Israel, I can study and learn Your statutes. I can also deepen my relationship with You. For this, I thank You. 8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. Daily, You extend mercy and grace to this unworthy child. You are patient and overflowing with mercy. For this, I thank You. 9 He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. I know that one day You will unleash Your anger upon the earth, because You are Holy. 10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. In my eyes, You have not punished me enough to compensate for my numerous sins. For this, I thank You. 11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him. The distance between heaven and earth is how great Your mercy is towards me, because I reverence You. For this, I thank You. I hope you enjoyed reading the word of God in a new light!
