Psalm 46:10 NKJV Be still, and KNOW that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! There are some things in our lives that we cannot be deceived about no matter how hard someone may try. What are some of them? How about our name? Or our address? Our car? Or even where we work? We are confident when answering questions about these things. It doesn’t matter how many people may ask, our answers remain consistent and without doubt. That is how we should be when it comes to God. We have to know that He was, is, and is to come. We need to be aware of all that He has and will do for us. And, we must stand firm on His everlasting promises, because we are certain that He will not break them. We cannot let any amount of questioning from anybody make us doubt what we KNOW. We are sure that 2 + 2 = 4, and no one can persuade us differently. So why can’t we be that confident in God. That is what it means to KNOW: it means to be convinced of something without doubt. Are you convinced that God can and will take care of you? What will it take to convince you? Do you KNOW that He is God? Then, stop questioning. I hope you enjoyed reading the word of God in a new light. Have a Happy Wednesday! God Bless, Min. Tommy & Sis. Shatika Gray Scripture References NKJV Eph. 6:13-15 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me. Ps. 27:1-3 1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. |
