Ps. 23:1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. Rev. 7:17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." Sometimes, it feels as if we are all wandering aimlessly through life. No goals; No direction; and No purpose. But that couldn't be further from the truth. We have a Shepherd who has promised to always guide us. But, before we can receive that guidance, we have to put our trust in Him. As a sheep trusts his shepherd, we have to trust our Father. He has plans for us that lead to a great future with Him, but only He knows the way. But He has not left us clueless. He created a road map that will take us directly to Him. According to that road map, we have to take the Highway called Jesus, and the road map is very specific about all other roads being dead ends. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. He is the only way that leads back home. If we seek Him, He promises that we will find Him and we will find rest for our souls. We don't have to continue wandering aimlessly through life. We don't have to sit in despair feeling like each day is pointless. We can choose instead, the road that takes us where we were created to go and spend eternity with the One who loves us the most. God says that Jesus is the only way to get there, will you trust Him? I hope you enjoyed reading the word of God in a new light. Have a Happy Wednesday! God Bless, Min. Tommy & Sis.
