Stay On The Road
Mar. 11, 2009
Prov 4:13-15 NKJV 13 Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; Keep her, for she is your life. 14 Do not enter the path of the
wicked, and do not walk in the way of evil. 15 Avoid it, do not travel on it; Turn away from it and pass on.

Most of us have been driving long enough to be familiar with the streets in our communities.  So familiar, in fact, that we are still able
to navigate these roads even when the streets are covered with fog or snow.  Do we base this confidence on our ability to memorize
the curves and intersections around us?  Or is our confidence purely based on knowing that the streets are the same no matter
what the weather?  It may be a mixture of both, however the revelation is understanding that even though we can't see the road that
we are on, the road doesn't change its origin, it doesn't change course, nor does it change its destination.

Sometimes, our lives may seem foggy.  Sometimes, things aren't very clear.  Sometimes, we have a hard time seeing which way to
go.  But if we continue to follow the road that we know (which is the road that leads to Jesus) then we will always reach our
    destination.

I hope you enjoyed reading the word of God in a new light.  Have a Happy Wednesday!

    God Bless,
Elder Tommy and Sister Shatika Gray
