Power of Attorney: Have you ever been too hurt to think or too confused to make a decision for yourself? Allow God to make the decisions that pertain to your well being.

Suffocating Silence: So many of us prefer to suffer in silence when we are going through tough times. But when we open our mouths and join together with other believers, the devil will run like crazy because he knows that he has been exposed.

Washed or Rinsed: People can usually tell the difference between a plate that has been washed and a plate that has been rinsed. The same can be said for the children of God.

Where are you?

Gen 3:9 NKJV Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”

Ever zoom down a road so often that on the occasion of an unforeseen traffic jam the road suddenly appeared unfamiliar? We say, "Hey where did that store come from?"

Life can be the same way. Sometimes we zoom through life so fast that when we are forced to stop or slow down we find ourselves surrounded by unfamiliar people, places and things. Then we wonder, "How did we get here?"

When God asked Adam, "Where are you," it wasn't because He didn't know where Adam was. I believe God wanted to see if Adam knew where Adam was. How did you get here, Adam? We used to be so close and now there is a sin barrier between us! God does not want that for us. That is why He sent His Son, Jesus to die for us and to remove the sin barrier.

God should not have to ask us where we are. We need to slow down and sometimes stop and do a spirit check so that we don't one day find ourselves in an unfamiliar place wondering how we got there. And if we do find ourselves there already, now is the time to ask God to get us back on course. God knows where we are, He is just waiting for us to admit that we are lost. God is like a compass and just like a compass, He is always willing to show us the way home. To God be the Glory!
